These Terms of Sale apply to all orders submitted through the Vestra Atelier website for delivery to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia.
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. Vestra Atelier reserves the right to accept or decline any order for reasons including but not limited to stock unavailability, pricing errors, system inaccuracies, suspected fraud, payment issues, or violation of our store policies.
If your order is canceled before shipment, we will notify you by email and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
All product prices are subject to change without notice. Prices displayed on the website exclude import duties, local taxes, VAT, customs fees, and any other destination-related charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
You may request cancellation of your order by contacting customer support before the order is shipped. Once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, cancellation is no longer available. In that case, you may return the item after delivery according to our Return and Refund Policy.
Risk of loss and ownership of purchased items transfer to the customer upon successful delivery by the shipping carrier.
You agree to provide accurate shipping and contact information at checkout. Vestra Atelier is not responsible for delivery failures, additional fees, or lost packages resulting from incorrect customer-provided addresses.
All transactions are subject to verification. We may request additional information to confirm an order before processing it.
These Terms of Sale do not override any mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your country of residence.
